We are in immediate need of an experienced, high-achieving Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Advisor in either a dealership or high volume auto center. Candidate must a valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record and must be capable of handling the demand of a very busy Service Department while maintaining the level of quality our customers have come to expect. Previous skilled trade experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical or carpentry is a plus. RV experience is helpful.

Responsibilities:

- Meet and confer with customers

- Complete Service Orders (ROs)

- Dispatch work to technicians

- Perform time and cost estimates for repair

- Complete and Close Work Order, once repairs have been completed

- Collect Payment from Customers

- Warranty Claims and Liaison between customer and factory, if unit is still under warranty

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent; skilled trade technical training, a plus

- Previous Service Advisor experience -dealership or high volume auto center

- Proven and verifiable track record of success in sales and customer satisfaction

- General knowledge of RVs is helpful

- Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated

- Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills

- Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record

- Computer proficient

- Professional References

Jubilee RV, BC's premiere Recreation Vehicle Dealership, has an opportunity for a Red Seal RV Service Technician.

This key, hands on position offers strong career growth and income potential, as well as variety and a great working environment. It focuses on the servicing, repair, and refurbishing of a large variety of Recreational Vehicles (motorhomes and towable trailers of all types, sizes, and price points). This is a limited opportunity within a family owned dealership for the right individual.

Trade experience in any of the above skills – appliance repair, electrical troubleshooting, building or other general maintenance, HVAC, etc. are all relevant and beneficial. Red Seal RV Technician certification preferred; however, applicants with lower certification levels may be considered based on experience.

    The Controller plays a critical role in the financial management of an RV dealership, helping to ensure that the business remains financially stable, compliant with regulations, and strategically positioned for growth. Their expertise is essential for making informed financial decisions and maintaining the financial health of the dealership.

Their responsibilities may include:

Financial Reporting:
  - Generating and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and up-to-date financial information to senior management and stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
  - Developing annual budgets and financial forecasts to help the dealership plan for expenses, revenue targets, and overall financial performance.

Cost Analysis:
  - Conducting cost analysis to identify areas where cost savings or operational efficiencies can be achieved, helping the dealership maximize profitability.

Financial Compliance:
  - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements. This includes managing audits, if necessary.

Financial Planning:
  - Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies and plans that align with the dealership’s goals and objectives.

Cash Flow Management:
  - Managing cash flow to ensure that the dealership has sufficient funds to meet its operational needs and financial obligations, including payroll, vendor payments, and loan obligations.

Vendor Relations:
  - Negotiating payment terms and financial agreements with RV manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.

Internal Controls:
  - Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud or financial irregularities.

Inventory Management:
  - Overseeing financial aspects related to inventory, such as valuations, turnover rates, and inventory financing.

Financial Analysis:
  - Conducting financial analysis to evaluate the dealership’s financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Taxation:
  - Managing tax planning and compliance, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes, to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring legal compliance.

Capital Investment:
  - Assessing and recommending investments in equipment, facilities, or technology that can enhance the dealership’s operational efficiency and profitability.

Financial Policies:
  - Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures that ensure the dealership’s financial operations are well-organized and in accordance with best practices.

Risk Management:
  - Identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as managing currency exchange risk or interest rate risk.
