It is donations such as yours that makes this community service so valuable.  Our passengers are always truly appreciative of our daily transportation to and from Kelowna.

We wish to sincerely thank you and your staff for your efforts to repair & improve the retractable steps on our van.  Your support of our project is most important.

Just some numbers to indicate how we fit into the Kamloops community.  We have about 130 volunteer drivers and dispatchers.  This past year we have transported about 1000 Kamloops & area passengers to and from Kelowna for their cancer treatment at no cost to them.  We log about 95,000 kms per year.

Again, our big Thanks to Jubilee RV.

Thank you Jubilee RV Centre!

Last March my husband and I were out for Saturday errands.  We drove by Jubilee RV and saw balloons.  We pulled in and decided to look at the new trailers.  We have never owned a trailer, but both have camped as kids.

We looked at a trailer that said it was ultra light and could be pulled by a sport utility or a minivan.  The salesman Bill Palfenier joined us inside the 23 foot Slingshot trailer.  He took us through the features of the trailer and asked us what kind of vehicle we would be thinking of pulling a tralier with.  We told him we had a KIA Sorento.  He took down the particulars of our vehicle to go investigate the towing capacity.

We looked at a 21 foot Slingshot, but realized we had fallen in love with the floor plan of the brand new 23 foot Slingshot trailer.  The inside is like a trendy mini apartment!  Bill returned to tell us the good news - our vehicle would tow the trailer!  He did recommend that we install a transmission cooler on the KIA.

It was meant to be, we were out running errands, saw balloons and now we are buying a trailer!  We discussed with Bill all the details of how to get a hitch and trailer brakes.  The staff at Jubilee RV was outstanding.  Bill organized when the KIA would come in for the installation of the trailer hitch and brakes.  The service department was very accommodating with our work schedules. 

We returned the next day and completed all the financing and necessary paperwork.  Bill arranged for the insurance person to come to the dealership.  Everything was well explained and we really felt that we were being taken care of.  Jubilee RV knows that owners of trailers will be back for winterization or parts and service.  They definitely did a good job to foster a relationship with us as new trailer owners.

The big day came...we were ready to have our orientation to our new trailer.  A member of the service department took us through all the do's and don'ts of the new trailer.  He demonstrated how various parts of the trailer worked and answered all of our questions.  It was really happening; we were driving away with a brand new trailer!

We camped on all the long weekends - April, May, July and two weeks in August where we enjoyed Summerland and Oliver, BC.  We love our new trailer and have had many fellow campers come by to comment on how sharp the trailer looks and how surprised they are to see we pull it with the KIA.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our trailer and look forward to another year of fun and memories with our slingshot.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to thank two of your staff members, Steve and Bob, for the excellent service they have given to our Lions club member, Nick Lebedoff.

Lion Nick recently purchased a gray water tank for our concession trailer and Steve and Bob helped him out with ideas and parts as it is an unusual installation.

They also were able to give Nick a good price for everthing which is really appreciated by our club as our funds go to various charities and to help out people in need, so we like to keep our expenses low.

We will certainly be using Jubilee for future purchases.  Many thanks again.

The Kamloops and District Fish and Game Association thanks you for the donation to the 53rd Annual Awards Banquet and Fundraiser.  Funds generated will be used to further the Association's aims and objectives which supports responsible fish and wildlife management and responsible use of the outdoors.  The Family Ice Fishing Day and the Father's Day Fishing Event at Walloper Lake are community events which the Association sponsors through your assistance.  Boats, tackle and lunch is provided for several hundred residents of Kamloops and surrounding areas by our volunteers. Projects to provide safe and dependable access to Red Lake and Bleeker Lake are continuing.

Your continuing support for outdoor recreation in our area is appreciated.

Thanks Jubilee RV Centre

One week ago we were on our way to BC's Heffley Lake for a fishing trip.  But before we arrived in Kamloops, one of the hinges on the freezer door of our camper's fridge broke. 

We had seen the ad for Jubilee RV Centre in Kamloops in your magazine Sheila, so our first thought was to go there to see if we could have it repaired.  When we arrived on the Saturday around noon there happened to be a service technician available who could take a look at our fridge right away, and fortunately Jubilee RV had the needed part in stock.  The technician was able to install the new hinge immediately and we were soon on our way to Heffley Lake.

Everyone at Jubilee RV was very helpful.  We just wanted to share such a good experience.

On behalf of the children and their families here at Kamloops Child Development Centre I wish to Thank You for your gracious contribution and installation of "Hitch Mounted Folding Scooter Carrier".  Many children here at the centre will greatly benefit from this added piece of equipment to our 15 passenger van.  As children who require the use of a wheel chair will now be able to participate in the various outings we provide for the children.

Hi Steve,

I want to thank you for your excellent "service after the service".  Dan did an excellent job of correcting the brake problem on his house call.  He is courteous, thorough, and very conscientious in insuring everything was in perfect working order before he left.  He was patient in answering all my questions and is obviously an experienced expert in RV service.

I can't say enough about the extra special service I received from Steve Joyce, Service Manager when I experienced problems with my RV while on holidays in the Shuswap this summer.  Even though my trailer was not a make carried by Jubilee RV, the help I received from Steve was absolutely outstanding. His patience and advise while I dealt with the manufacturer was second to none.  While I live a long way away from Kamloops, I would recommend Jubilee RV to anyone based on the service I received from Steve Joyce.
